Get your first look at our upcoming product release! The Covaris truCOVER library preparation kit is a PCR-free whole-genome sequencing (WGS) workflow that significantly lowers sample preparation costs through a streamlined workflow utilizing a single-vessel system, minimizing sample loss. This method increases the library conversion rate regardless of sample type resulting in more comprehensive genome representation with improved variant calling accuracy and sample concordance. In a recent collaboration with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to evaluate WGS library prep methods, truCOVER was shown to reduce sample preparation turnaround time and associated quality control costs without comprising overall NGS data quality.
