Join Our Breakfast Workshop: A Comprehensive Approach to Sample Preparation for Confident Proteomic Data

The world of proteomics presents a unique set of challenges to analytical laboratories, whether they are working in untargeted global proteomics or targeted peptide profiling and quantitation. Despite developments in LC-MS technology, the inherent complexities of proteins, along with the need to increase protein coverage and peptide sequencing depth across all biological matrices, remain significant hurdles. Optimal, robust, and reproducible sample preparation workflows not only enable better quality results, but also ensure other critical requirements, such as scalability and throughput.
